The experience of Sistemi

"Thanks to integration with Fabrick, we can offer our clients tools that simplify day-to-day bank accounting management, reducing both time and errors in bank reconciliation."

Valter Rosso

Head of Operational Systems Integration, Sistemi SpA

The opportunity

Sistemi wanted to respond to a specific and widespread need of its business clients: to automate the accounting of bank transactions.

  • For accountants, this meant acquiring the current account transactions of their client companies to make accounting management more efficient.
  • For companies, it meant importing their bank transactions into their management software to make accounting management more efficient.

The project

Through Fabrick's account aggregation solution, Sistemi was able to integrate the ability to access current account transactions into its own management software, and automatically suggest pre-filled reconciliation.
The service covers both business clients, with internal treasury needs, and professionals such as accounting firms that manage client company bank transactions.

Impact and benefits

  • Immediate confirmation of perceived value by clients: uptake has shown that the need for automation is strongly felt.
  • Improved customer experience, with faster processes and fewer manual tasks.
  • Greater efficiency in internal processes, with fewer errors and the simplification of day-to-day management of invoices, collections and payments.
